Graham Potter, the manager of Chelsea, has stated that he will respect the club’s decision to fire him.
Potter, who took over as Thomas Tuchel’s replacement in September, has had a difficult time at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues, who are currently 10th in the standings, have only won one of their last nine Premier League games.
Prior to Sunday’s game against Crystal Palace, Potter acknowledges that the board may fire him if things don’t improve.
“I’m not naive and if anyone I work for thinks the problem lies with me, they have every right to say, ‘Thank you very much but it’s not working’, and I accept that.
“But, speaking to them when things have been going badly, they have been very reassuring,” Potter said.
