After a 1-0 loss to Southampton on Saturday, Chelsea will not fire manager Graham Potter.

At Stamford Bridge, James Ward-first-half Prowse’s free kick proved to be the game-winner.

During halftime again at the end of the game, the team was booed off the field.

There were also further calls for Potter’s dismissal from club supporters.

Yet, the Chelsea board’s stance on Potter has not changed, according to the UK Telegraph.

Todd Boehly, the club’s co-owner, continues to endorse the former Brighton manager.

Chelsea is remains tenth on the table with 31 points.
