Happened in Osun State, a woman identified as Omowumi was arrested by the Operatives of the Osun State Police Command as she dumped her children inside a well filled with water in Koledewo, Osobo.
It was gathered that the children who was dumped into the well were girl, Nimisire Saka, 5, and 8-year-old Darasimi Saka.
It was also gathered, the woman, Omowumi was unable to cater for the welfare of the children so she dumped them inside the well.
After she had dumped them inside the well, Neighbors around started asking for their whereabout but she was unable to give a reasonable explanation .
With much pressure from the Neighbors, she confessed that she had dumped her children inside the well.
Efforts was made in order to rescue the children, but their efforts proved abortive because of the volume of water inside the well.
Omowumi revealed that she was residing overseas before but was later deported. She also said that she discovered that the destinies of her daughters have been tampered with when she was away from home, and this development led to her dumping them into the well.
