Rexxie and Wizkid have come under fire from prominent music producer Habeeb Okikiola, best known by his stage as Portable.
The Afrobeats pioneer Wizkid was included in a successful song by the disc jockey Rexxie, and Portable, who wasn’t impressed, decided to make fun of them.
The song’s lyrics were imitated by Portable, making his buddies who were listening in the background chuckle.
He made fun of Rexxie and Wizkid’s song and questioned why they couldn’t just pray since they can’t sing.
They should pray for musical talent, the Zazoo singer recommended, because they are obviously not good enough.
