Reports reaching The Honcho Gist, shows that there was an heavy downpour this morning 11th of November, 2021 which caused flood in Port Harcourt.
Commercial drivers and taxi operators were forced to take alternative routes which caused heavy traffic and commuters were made to trek long distance inside the flood water.
The flood water got to the Rivers State Government house and youths came out with their fishing net to catch fish in front of the Rivers State Government house.
