A video show the moment prison inmates hails and welcomes Shatta Wale as he arrives Ankaful Prison
Shatta Wale went into trouble these past weeks and was arrested by the Ghanaian police for faking gunshot attack.
On Tuesday, October 19, Shatta Wale was arrested for spreading false news.
After the incident, he was arrested. he was given a one week remand time at the Ankaful Maximum Security Prion after pleading not guilty to the charge laid against him for publication of false news which caused panic amongst people.
A video surfaced online shows the moment when the Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale, arrived at the Ankaful Maximum Security Prison to start his one week reman term.
In the video shared, inmates of the prison hails and gave Shatta Wale a rousing welcome as he walked past them all with security guiding him.
The inmates were happy as the Ghanaian musician joined them in prison.
