Soldier’s Sons Assault KEDC Staff
A staff of Kaduna Electricity Distribution (KEDC), identified as Yakubu Garkuwan Kumo was assaulted by the son of a retired soldier.
It was reported that the victim had gone on an official duty to a retired soldier’s house to demand that he pay his outstanding electricity bill.
He ask that the family pay up their electricity bills but the officer refused and when Yakubu attempted to mount the electric pole in order to disconnect the power supply, the man’s sons brought him down and assaulted the staff, physically.
